Following the transfer of the Ethical Futures financial advice business to Origen Financial Services on 30th January 2026, there is still a regulated entity called Ethical Futures llp.  Ethical Futures llp will no longer provide new investment or financial planning advice but for a limited period, may be able to assist with servicing requests for your policies and investments and guidance about your future options. This website is designed to provide information and a point of contact for two groups of people:-

  1. Ethical Futures clients with ongoing service agreements who have not transferred to OrigenFS or to another party.
  2. Ethical Future clients of a transactional nature or on Pay As You Go (PAYG) terms, who do not pay for an ongoing service but who have not transferred to Origen or to another party.

    Ethical Futures llp – The next steps

    On completion of transfer of active client servicing to OrigenFS on 30th January 2025, there will remain an FCA regulated business entity called Ethical Futures llp.

    We will shortly be applying to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for permission to cease providing advice. Subject to FCA approval we expect to be able to offer some service support for up to three months (until 30th April) but we will not be in a positon to provide new investment advice. Thereafter, we shall cease all service and trading. Therefore, you will need to consider future options for administration of your financial plans. We hope that the links and support information on the Useful Information page will help in this respect.

     

    Please note that all staff of Ethical Futures transferred employment to OrigenFS on 30th January 2026. Therefore, EFLegacy is only run by the remaining active partner, Julian Parrott so there may be some delay in response to enquiries.
